The Arkansas Journal of Osteopathic Medicine - publishes original clinical research of interest to physicians, residents, and students in both academia and community-based practice. AJOM is the official journal of the AOMA and sponsored academically by the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (ARCOM), representing a prestigious group comprising chairs of departments and physician champions in the clinical field.
Mission
The AJOM is a general medical journal providing continuing medical education with a focus on evidence-based medicine.The AJOM provides clinical and review articles written primarily by industry leading physicians, residents and students for the advancement of healthcare in Arkansas. It also contains editorials, state medical news, book reviews, career opportunity and CME listings, physician profiles, and regular columns. Physicians debate medicine and medical politics in letters and longer essays.
