Together with the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), the AOMA continually works to expand the public policy impact of osteopathic medicine at the state, regional, and national levels of government by engaging members in advocacy efforts. Through events like DO Day in Washington, D.C., town hall meetings, and health policy forums, the AOMA members help strengthen the profession's influence with legislators and policy makers. The Grassroots Osteopathic Advocacy Link (GOAL) furthers that mission by providing tools you can use to educate policymakers about DOs and help shape the future of health care.
